  We were returning from Sicily to Rome with a flight which departed early in the morning. We had to give back the rented car at the airport. The owner of Kunesias hotel pick up us from the airport in the evening and bring to the airport in the morning at 6:00 am.   We booked this b@b near the airport of Palermo because we had a late arrival on saterday evening and didn't want to drive that far for a hotel. Finding the hotel with our Garmin routeplanner and parking our rented car in front of the hotel no problem. We had a very kind and attentive welcome from the owner, who hardly speaks English. Goo - We actually had an apartment at this B&B . The bedroom had a double bed and bunk beds, there was a fully equipped kitchen with table chairs and a sofa , all suitable for a family of four. The staff were very helpful and gave us an early breakfast before our early fight from the airport, which is only about 20 minutes away. The beach area was lovely , clean and safe.

  The staff was very helpful for us who didn't speak Italian! Our room was comfortable & remarkably cool even though the outside temp was over 90*. Our unit had 2 bedrooms, small but adequate kitchen, sofa & dining table. Great location near the piazza, beach & shopping. No car is needed! Especially good for the weary traveler arriving after a long trip as we were immediately made comfortable by the owner and the ambience. A group of teenage boys had just come out of school.
