The hotel is a bit difficult to find, but that is actually a good thing, since it is situated in very quiet surroundings. The room was spacious, with a good bed, a desk and two (small) chairs. The bathroom was well equipped. I had an excellent wifi connection throughout my stay at the hotel. -

Nice, friendly and cosy. Only a hop step and a jump to the rail and bus stations.No lift but staff very helpful with our luggage. -
Very close to train station, Tommy (owner) is very friendly. Morning breakfast is nice.

Set in a residential part of Mestre, this simple guest house offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. Venezia-Mestre Train Station is 15 minutes away by bus.

I loved the location! Bus is right in front of the church this hotel is
a part of and we were never charged to take the bus and it saved us 25€
that the taxi ride is. Bus runs every 15 minutes throughout the day
until 2045 and the its about every hour until midnight. We really
enjoyed the breakfast that's included in the price. Pastries, cold

Staff was very helpful, always nice and friendly. On our last day we arrived late to breakfast and they brought the food out again for us. Rooms basic but very clean, bathroom as well. Enough space to open a large suitcase and still walk around; large wardrobe. Conveniently located: 10 minute bus ride to Venice (bus right outside the hotel), free parking, free wifi that actually worked.
