  The hotel is a good base for exploring the southern flanks of the Alps. Rivarolo is a pleasant town with easy access to the Val d'Aosta area. Everyone from the staff was really friendly right from the moment we walked in and very helpful with our 19month baby. They were more than pleased to assist us in everything we asked for. Such a great place the bar restaurant "cafe 76" which is attached to the hotel where you can have nice meals at a reasonable price.   staff very friendly, clean rooms, free wifi, free parking, free breakfast in rate. The breakfast was very good. Overall I believe the reviews on this hotel were quiet harsh and Aston deserves better review - Woman at front desk was extremely helpful in finding a romantic place for dinner. Room was clean and quiet.
