It's 5 , 10 mins from the O2 and It's so handy for it because of my stay I was going to a concert that night and it was fair handy not getting taxis or buses. I would stay again in the future when I have something up in Dublin , I'm not from Dublin but I would recommend this Hotel to Anyone because it is a Good Value Hotel and In the Heart Of Dublin's City Centre.

  Nestled on a side street in Temple Bar, our family of 3 had to walk to the top floor. Fortunately, the small, lobby had a luggage storage closet, where we could leave our suitcases for the night. Because of the very narrow walk-up for a triple, this would be a - I found the staff very professional , friendly and courteous at all times including the night porters. It was very good value and the rooms very cosy and warm with no noise of traffic or night clubbers from the street. While at reception I observed that some of the people checking in had stayed in the hotel several times a very good indication of any business when the customer / client does repeat business.

  Have stayed at the Martello many times in the past couple of years and always enjoy it. The staff are super friendly (especially the reception staff), the rooms are always spotless, the food is delicious, morning, noon, and night. The last time we stayed (only 2 weeks ago), there was a double booking for our room, so we got upgraded to a suite and... ce que les gens disent » got free breakfast for 3 mornings for the inconvenience. Unbeatable service. At a time when the service industry is struggling, the Martello is thriv - We only stayed one night in Bray to make our car trip down south of Ireland a bit shorter. Everything was working very smoothly at this place. The staff was great, the room was clean and the interior was tasteful even if it was a really good (cheap) price. We really recommend this place but you still have to keep in mind that the price is low, so you can't expect everything to be perfect (like beds, pillows, silence etc).

  I've used the Ferryman on a regular basis during 2013, weekly at one stage...it's simply great value for money...very central location beside IFSC, Spencer Dock and Grand Canal Dock.   The Adelphi is centrally located and provided an excellent base for our regrettably brief stay of two nights in Dublin. The staff were accommodating, always pleasant and keen to provide whatever service or information we required. The room was comfortable and breakfast good, whether cooked or continental.   We were pleasantly surprised by this one. I expected a backpacker hostel-type experience, but our room was on par with the nicer B&Bs and hotels we've stayed at. The staff were friendly at check-in and helped us arrange a cab to the ferry port the next day. We were staying at there hotel and thought food might not be good. We were pleasantly WRONG. All but the last of 3 days the food was excellent (we had breakfast, lunches and dinners on various days).
