  What a Gem. I booked here because it was cheap,but I was pleasantly surprised at what I got. Breakfast was super freshly cooked.The staff where warm and oh so helpful. Location was superb right in the centre with views over river. I can't believe how any one can leave a negative report about this Gem of a B&B.I was told by a regular whom I met... ce que les gens disent » that's stays there often that prices have gone down more than 40% in the past few years but the standards have gone up. How they can do it for 60€ pe - Loved the friendliness of the staff they were all excellent, stowed our bags for us before and after check-out too, so we could do more sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and clean linen, good signal on the TV. The breakfast was very plentiful and had lots of choice. Place was like a tardis! Represented good value for our money, near enough to bus links etc, but far enough away to give an undisturbed nights sleep. Liked the key-code entry to bedrooms.

L'appartement n'était pas celui qui était prévu car personne ne savait où se trouvait la bonne clé! nous avons eu 2 clés, deux trajets pour aller à ses apparts à environ 15mn à pied de l'hotel et ce n'était pas les bonnes clés.Et nous avions nos bagages et il pleuvait, nous a... ce que les gens disent » vions avec nous une personne qui avait 77ans! - The location, price and facilities were excellent. the room was down from 420 to 240, i would definately look for a room again if staying in dublin. - We wanted to cater for ourselves and this hotel gave us the opportunity to do so.

  This hotel was absolutely awesome. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. It was only 10 minutes away from the city center by bus. The bus station is just in front of the hotel. Kitchen was big and clean. you can have a chat with the other guests while making breakfast. The hotel staff were amazing people. They were friendly, helpful. The special thing is: You make your own breakfast. Which is lovely, because you meet many people there, and the food is provided from the host.
