  The Salt Hill Location itself is nice village, with a variety of restaurants. We tried Black Cat which was great for lunch but service a little slow during dinner. The fish and chips shop is great too for takeaways. I pick up my morning coffee from Gourmet Tart Company next door (they open at 7:30am). But taxi stand is just right on the doorstep if you are not up for it. What makes our stay p - This was a stop part way through our journey across Ireland. We had stayed in some wonderful hotels and were unsure about our stay in an apartment. It was a great choice. Not only was it convenient to Galway city center, but to a delightful area called Upper Salthill. Wonderful pubs and restaurants just around the corner!   Great communication and any requests were fulfilled. We were met on arrival by Joanna who was very pleasant and gave us tips on where to get good food Apartments were warm, spotless and spacious. Bus stop to Galway city centre at front door or an easy 25min walk mean you can leave the car in the private ca - The apartment was very spacious. Lovely to hear the sound of the waves breaking below. The location was good for local shops etc: It had all the bits n bobs needed to self cater and the heating was really good. Thought I might get cold but I was lovely n toasty. All appliances were new and hardly used. The local fish n chops were to die for....we ate ours on the sea front - Yum Yum

  The stuff was brilliant,always ready to help us with everything we needed, they also helped us to organize the trip the cliffs of moher and aron inslands!they kindly let us check-in earlier. Our room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Plenty of dry towels were supplied on both nights and we got a breakfast that would keep you going all day. Despite the weather being cold the room was kept at a lovely temperature. Sharon, the lady of the house, was very pleasant to us and helped us out with any requests. Friends of ours that stayed

  I had a wonderful 4 nights here. It's an incredibly homely place, with glorious thick carpets, a welcoming breakfast room and generally a fresh, modern and bright feel throughout. I had a single room up at the top of the house, facing the back. The room was cleaned and refreshed every day. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and they even catered for my glu - Peaceful, well placed for coast, special ambiance, with modern, laid back feel. Greay attention to detail all around the house. Staff inobtrusive and helpful.

  Very spacious and clean apartments situated between the city centre and the beach. Near to a number of supermarkets. Quick, easy and friendly check in. Plenty of free parking. Free shuttle bus to and from the city centre at certain times of the day. All rooms in our apartment were en-suite.   I liked the space and facilities in the apartment. I thought it was very well situated between the city and beach. I also thought it was convenient for local shops and bus stop.
