  Arriving and leaving the staff were very very friendly kind and helpfull. Appartment was very clean with plenty of room with kitchen well supplied, we didnt here any noise from any other appartments any night as the hotel/app' was full at the time.   The hotel was fabulous, everything was clean and the staff were veryfriendly and helpful. Taxi's were available within minutes (receptionordered them for us and they arrived right outside the door) and it wasonly a short spin into the city centre. - The reception staff were so courteous and helpful, I could not fault anything about the hotel, well ... ce que les gens disent » done and thanks to all the staff including the breakfast staff, would love to stay again.

  Excellent Meals, although getting tea at breakfast was hard work. Had dinner at hotel one night and next night attended a formal function (with 350 others) at hotel and food and service were really excellent in both cases. - The refurbishment of the hotel has been a complete success. The room upgrades are excellent.
