Really enjoyable stay, rooms very clean and spacious. Annette and Mike very hospitable, very accommodating, helpful too with guiding us in tourist things to do and see, also the breakfasts were so good, alot of variety. Lovely fresh coffee and fruit also in the mornings!! I would recommend this wee humble b&b. location brilliant for us, 5mins

The owner of the house received us on our arrival and showed us our
rooms. They are big, clean and have all the commodities that we wanted.
The breakfast was excellent. You can choose from a menu and the owners
prepare all the ingredients in the moment. They were always concerned
and even put a note on our door reminding us of the change of the hour.
I will recommend this B&B and surely be back again.

Wonderful hospitality in an extremely clean and well-cared-for house, situated close to the beach promenade.
The rooms are spacious, sleep is nice and quiet due to the location and the connection to all major roads is easy to reach.
We especially enjoyed the custom-made breakfast that was prepared freshly after each person's wishes and the contact with Paddy, the owner, was highly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this wonderful, clean and nice-priced house for a stay in Galway!

It well decorated and spotless clean. It's not far from Galway centre, it took me only 20 minutes to walk. If you end up taking a cab from eyre square it' costs around 8 euros if you want to compare the the prices with the guesthouses in the town centre. 1. The place is quite. No noisy pubs/bars nearby.
2. Everything is clean and tidy.
3. Very comfortable, elegant rooms. Anything you need, it's there. There's also a nice kitchen in the hall so that you can make tea / coffee whenever you like.

They're accommodating in your schedule and seem sincerely dedicated to ensuring that your stay is as ideal as possible. The wifi is super-fast (which we found to be a rarity at other B&B's). They have a full breakfast menu, which is included in the cost of your stay. Continental breakfast is available all morning and menu items are made to order, quickly.
