Room 23, upper floor (out of three). It has a top quality double bed and
an extra standard bed (that we didn´t use). The room is very
comfortable, bathroom is huge, it has a wide flatscreen, coffe/tea
making facilities, and large windows facing west. Absolutely no noise at

Great location for us. Great pub The Celt just around the corner as well as supermarket not far. Many other pubs/food outlets close by. Close to all attractions. Room was dated however clean comfortable and good size. Under new management and other rooms undergoing revamp. Very impressed with staff on arrival, during and leaving. The apartment was brightly decorated and spacious.
we were not leaving til 12.30 and we were allowed to keep the keys to the apartment til it was time for us to leave for the airport. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and if we return to Dublin I will 100% book again.
We can not fault anything with the apartment or the location. -

It's only on the 2nd floor and has a lift to it if you can't use te stairs. The owner was friendly and easy to deal with. We will definately use this place again.

Great size apartment after staying in other smaller accomodation for more cost in a main city. Near numerous convenience stores to purchase groceries to save on costly restaurants. -

Splendid apartment, location great and in pristine condition throughout. Receptionist excellent - even offered to bring me to the Apartment as the registration and key collection is done in a different location - 5/7 minute walk but weather dependent.

We loved the Dublin 1 Apartments! It was right around the corner walking
to the Temple Bar Area and we were 3 women coming home late at night and
felt very safe in the neighborhood. Nancy and Kevin were so friendly and
made us feel right at home. They gave us great advice on everything!
Including shopping and flying tips for Ryan Air. They even ke

Staff member was wonderful. We got there a earlier than booking in time and she offered to let us drop off our baggage so we could go sight seeing. She showed us how to use hot water, heating and telly - which really helped us have a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was right next to the Academy and so it was a wonderful central local to everything. We loved Dublin and know that the location of the apartment added to that. Thank you so much.

This is a great hotel to stay with friendly and extremely helpful
reception staff. Rooms spacious, clean & huge comfortable bed. Hotel
is located close to Christchurch Cathedral (I think) & close to
Temple Bar-this is an area with pubs, cafes & cultural aspect, 3 min

good with fresh fruit salad, cereal, toast, cooked breakfast to order. I
would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. -
Fantastic location, very close to the Temple Bar area of London, one
block off a major street and the river, yet tucked back on a side street
where there is little noise. The staff bent over backwards to accomodate
any requests, from an early breakfast to holding over luggage. Morning
breakfast very good. Location less than a block for bus connections both
within Dublin and to sites outside the city. Within easy walking to St.
Patricks Cathedral, City Hall, Trinity University.
