  The B&B is in a wonderful location on the lower part of the Sky road, which is the top panoramic route in Clifden. From the windows of the room you can enjoy a picturesque view that will leave you amazed when oyu wake up and when you return at sunset time! The owner was really kind and we had a great time. We definitely recommend spending a night here. - The B&B overlooks a lake which had amazing sunsets. The room was really nicely decorated & comfortable. The owner made us feel welcome straight away & was very friendly. I would definately stay here again.

  Jane, the hostess, is wonderful and helpful. The food is lovely. Our needs were met, but there was never a sense of intrusion on our privacy. Our son loved playing with Jane's two small, very friendly and well mannered dogs. Heather Lodge has a spectacular view. - Everything about Heather Lodge was fantastic. Jane, the owner, and her family are just incredible people. The lodge was simply great and the best experience was that checking in and out was based on trust. Of course breakfast was wonderful and the view of the lake from our family room a bonus. We will be happy to return the someday when we visit again.

  Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The room was clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast, including nice choice of bread and good quality coffee. The staff were very willing to help and deal with any requests.   The location, the (healthy) breakfast and the comfort, but the icing on the cake of our stay was the hospitality of the owners: after returning to Dublin on the night before our flight, we found out that we left our jackets in the hotel, with our passports in it! We rang the owners, they found the jackets and immediately suggested to bring the jac... ce que les gens disent » kets to Galway (a 3 hour return drive), in order to meet us half way so we didn't need to drive all night and didn't miss our flight. We are very grat - I felt the owners operated this B&B very professionally and did everything right to ensure my stay was perfect. The place had a lovely relaxed atmosphere, was spotlessly clean, had very nice quality linen, good wifi, parking, tea/coffee facility,and the most delicious breakfast you could imagine. I liked the scenery in this part of Ireland, and truly wished I had stayed longer to see more and enjoy this superb B&B.

  The welcome given to us and the helpfulness of the owner was second to none. Friendly and relaxing. Great food and the breakfast kept us going all day. Great tea and scones too !!! We climbed the Diamond and got a little wet and our wonderful host kindly dried all our kit. Great for walking or nature trailing. Highly recommend it.   Spacious, comfortable room, extremely comfortable beds (I even asked where she bought the matresses!). It was very reasonable for what was on offer, the welcome was warm and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the house was spotless! The room was very comfortable with a lovely décor. We greatly enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful cliff views. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay at the Seafield House immensely.

  The hospilality was over and above. The sitting room offered tea and biscuits and selection of movies to view. The rooms were big with private modern bathrooms. A great selection for breakfast and a wonderful walk From the back yard to view the cliffs with the help of their collie. Lowere village very friendly too - Wonderful warm and knowledgeable hosts, very clean and comfortable accommodation. A real joy and very pretty surroundings. Loved the collie dog, Lady, which escorted us on our walk to the cliffs, even though in was pouring rain! ;) Nice scenic 10 minute drive to Clifden town - with wonderful pubs, Irish music and good food.

  We absolutely loved our stay at Gannons's B&B. So much so that we stayed an extra night - eight nights in total. Lovely big quiet room at the back of the top floor apartment. We had an en suite bathroom and shared the living room/kitchen area. Really useful having use of the kitchen to make picnics and store things in the fridge. Gerry's ... ce que les gens disent » sister looked after us while Gerry and his family were away. So kind and full of local knowledge. We met Gerry and Siobhan on the last day only - a - Loved the location, just beside many great restaurants and pubs so no need to drive & both could enjoy a drink in the evenings. Great location for driving to many parts of connamara with great mountain climbs and beach walks. Had a beautiful upstairs room with use of kitchen and sitting room with stove. Staff very friendly and helpful, a big thank you to Paula for the lovely breakfasts and all the advise ensuring we made the most of our stay in this beautiful part of Ireland.
