  Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The room was clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast, including nice choice of bread and good quality coffee. The staff were very willing to help and deal with any requests.   le petit déjeuner, excellent. - We liked the location - very close to Clifden but far away enough for some peace and tranquility. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Our only regret was that as we were in Clifden for a concert we didnt have time to have dinner in the restaurant - it looked superb... ce que les gens disent » ! We will definately be back! - Setting and view make it a splendid location. Hotel staff we met (none Irish) extremely courteous, cheerful and helpful. Restaurant faultless, dinner was most enjoyable.

  The best B&B we have stayed in on our 10 days trip through Ireland! By far! Sue and her husband have been fantastic hosts. Book early and try to get a room with a view to the sea if possible but even if you can't you cannot go wrong with this B&B. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable, the breakfast is in a beautiful room from where... ce que les gens disent » you can see the sea and breakfast itself was absolutely gorgeous (I am still dreaming of the pancakes ;-) ). From there it is only a 5min drive to Cl - We visit Clifden annually for the Connemara Pony Show and Sharamore House was the best B & B we have stayed in. Just minutes outside Clifden town it was in a beautiful setting, nice spacious bedrooms and the food was excellent, using home produced and local produce. Will definitely go there again.
