Good size room. Location close to town centre. The staff were the best point. All were very friendly and extremely helpful.Perfect for an overnight stop. The price and the rooms.Enjoyed our short stay.Relaxed Atmosphere. the cleanliness. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Every conversation or request was responded with courtesy and helpfulness. The food in the restaurant was good quality and a fair selection. Being able to get in at 4:30 am. Staff. Itwas clean and fairly comfortable. went out in ballina. Central Location. Just a little more tea and coffee in room perhaps an extra bigger towel.no food avalible after 9pm. The price was very steep. Small tv. I was told coffee and toast would be ready in time for me to eat prior to my 6.30am taxi. However, it was not ready because the night porter had taken a delivery of bread and when it was served I didn't have time to finish it.Disapointed there was no dining facilities available during the winter months. Breakfasts varied in amounts and quality from day to day. No toilet cleaning brush available to use. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived - the bath looked used. Other than that, it was a good stay.wireless connection worked, broadband with eircomm did not.the food. Some parts of the accommodation looked a 'little worn' and could have done with a make over...Cost, but that might just be Ireland. Chairs in rooma bit spartan. the hotel was quite cold upon arrival and there was no food available after 9p.m.I feel the hotel is a bit dated and in need of an upgrade, also they charge for internet connection, most modern hotels this is free.the wheelchair acess was awful no grab rails, no roll in shower, absolutely useless. Room was cold, not good value for money, no food facilities after a certain time.
