  I only stayed one night in this B&B and it was my first stay in B&B ever but it was a great experience. I stayed with friends, who are a couple. Maureen - the owner, was very welcoming, helpful and overall lovely. She fed us well with proper Irish breakfast and endless amount of toast and tea, she is truly a great host. The sitting area was very comfortable with all one could require including a kitchen with coffee and teas. A 2 minute walk and we found ourselves in Trappers Pub ready for a good pub dinner. Gerry was very helpful making sure everything was to our liking.

  Accommodation in Galway is generally quite expensive, but St Judes' Lodge was good value for money. The rooms were basic, but immaculately clean and comfortable. The breakfast (for €6 per person) was excellent and well worth it. St Judes is just a short stroll (10 minutes) to Eyre Square.   Warm welcome Very clean, quiet (last floor, back of the house), comfortable. Good continental breakfast with extra cheese, ham and tomatoes. Wifi available Car park space in front of the house. Owner extremely helpful and very nice when I needed to park the car an extra day at the B&B. It helped me to relax knowing my car was in a secure place... ce que les gens disent » . I appreciated this exception made. Thanks to all these above mentionned, we had a pleasant stay in Galway. - The host was really lovely and helpful in advising us where to go and what to do. Galway town is a short walk of about 5 mins. Really pretty town with loads of traditional pubs, great shopping and street music. Our room was really clean and tidy. Very secure and parking was on site. We drove from Dublin and signage to B&B was really easy to navigate.

  Helen was absolutely wonderful. She was most helpful and her and her staff were beyond kind. The College Crest House has a true "home" feeling, and you will feel so welcome! The location is also wonderful- right next to the bus station and the city center- a 2 minute walk! Each morning you are asked what you would like for breakfast (a real irish ... ce que les gens disent » breakfast) and they cook it for you; one of the best parts of being in Ireland! - A beautiful and clean house - the room was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - apart from a full Irish breakfast freshly made from the kitchen, there was also ample choices of fruit, cereal, juice etc to add to that. The place was also close to the city. So you'd get a b&b experience without having to go far out from the city.
