The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin

Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

Nice and clean hotel. Great staffs and very helpful! Wide variety of choice during breakfast as well. Highly recommended and will certainly return if I ever visit Surabaya again! =) -

I booked 4 superior rooms and was pleasantly surprised that we were all upgraded to the Royale Suite Floors. Not only that we were each given a suite at no extra charge. We were entitled to use the "restaurant" at the 14th Floor for our breakfast, light snacks and drinks served uo to 7pm. The suite is BIG and clean with all the complimentary tooth brushes etc.

The hotel ihas a very nice garden. Nice place to sit outside. The swimming pool is also nice, although you have to watch out, because there were some reconstructions. The room is very big and clean. Very nice; a key and no card, so the airconditioning will go on when you are out. - Good Lanscape
