Amazing views and sunsets, over the top friendly staff, wonderfully kept grounds, refreshing pool, extremely clean.

A bit pricey for spa, taxi to airport and rooms in general.

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and an absolute pleasure to liaise with. Location was lovely. Pool & breakfast was fantastic.

We specifically chose this resort because it had a gym - the gym was unavailable for the majority of our stay. WIFI connections were very ordinary and it was frustrating to continually have to request connection from reception every 10 minutes. Very disappointed with above. Anything purchased from resort was extremely expensive.

Loved everything about it. Everyone was super nice. We travelled with a 11 months old baby and the staff was all over her.

Price for food and drinks was a bit high.

Great hotel! Great value for price, seaview and beautiful rooms. Calm and gives direct access to the beach and Kudeta! Everything was perfect, cheaper and much better than Oberoi that is pretty old and expensive for what you get.

The one bedroom Ocean Villa was incredible! Location is great - next door to KuDeTa, La Luciola, a 5 minute walk to Potatohead, 10 minutes to Woobar at W, and a $2 or less taxi to the best restaurants and shopping in Seminyak...

The water feature in the one bedroom villa can't be turned off.. It's really loud at night!! That's the only negative!

The staff were very friendly and helpful . Great location on the beach, short walk to Main Street and short walk to Bodyworks. Ku De Tah next door. I was upgraded to a jacuzzi suite which was wonderful.

The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

Very amazing hotel! We tried both the ocean villas and the normal room. I would really recommend the ocean villas, It's worth every dollar you pay for. The most relaxing experience you will every feel, plus it's a few steps from the ocean. You can hear the ocean waved while sleeping!

The break fast is not good considering the amout of the hotel per night, is not worth it. Beside that we don't have any complain the hotel is lovely & def come back in the future. Only the breakfast is disappointing.

We really enjoyed the breakfasts and had several excellent dinners.. Also the aqua gym and aqua jogging were unexpected bonuses and great fun

During our time there the sea was too rough to swim.

Very nice decorated room with large shower and free standing bathtub.and separate watercloset. Good beds. Even dockingstation for iPod. Nice garden and pool. Walking distance to bussy townstreet with some nice bars. Very friendly staff.

No facilities on the beach, just at the pool. Not much ambiance at the late evening, although the garden and the spot at the beach beautiful is for more entertainment. There is no beachbar, just the sunken one in the pool and rather early closingtime.

Staff and the Service was the best I have ever encountered So happy and pleasant and went out of their way toile you feel special. Location right on the beach with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets plus easy stroll to the heart of Seminyak . Set in the most beautiful gardens with a sensational infinity pool overlooking the ocean. More boutique and personal than any of the others we visited .

It would have been good if they had a bar lounge area for evening drinks and meeting other guests . But to try and find things not to like about this resort you would need to be a person that's impossible to please.

the resort is right on the beach with an infinity pool. the staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a garden view room, and had to cross the road to access the main hotel. this became a bit tiresome after a while.

The hotel is located in a relaxing area in front of the sea. Unlike Kuta that is more for backpackers. Is not crowded, is calm and you can rest very well without noise. The infrastructure of the hotel is very nice.

They did not picked me up from the airport and does not have the service to take you ther neither. You have to call a taxi. I would like more activities during the day for the guests.

We stayed in a beach wing suite. Room was very big and comfortable. View of ocean was nice. Beachside pool was very relaxing and beautiful. Only 5min walk to Seminyak square where there is plenty of shops and food outlets. Very happy with hotel. Would give it 9.2/10

For the light sleeper, you can sometimes here the traffic from the road out the front of the hotel. Also you can hear faint music from Kudeta on a Sat night. However, I believe the noise is still quite minimal for where its located.

Being right on the beach, it had excellent pool facilities and views of the beach/ocean. Rooms were large, comfortable and catered for all needs.

Price of drinks and food in the hotel. Some things more expensive than equivalent hotels in Australia.

i was in the garden view suite, that was in another building of the complex on the other side of the road. For swimming, gym, breakfast etc I had to go outside cross a busy street and go in to the complex. That was disappointing. The garden was really no garden but a bit of green and a road next to the outside wall. My terrace was next to a walking path, I could not open the curtains if I didn't want to be seen by everyone walking by.

Loved the friendly helpful staff who all made us feel very welcome. Breakfast each morning was amazing! Thank you to all the staff who made out stay south more enjoyable.
