  This is my first visit to Semarang and Best Western Hotel. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the toilet spray on the day when we arrived, but the staff managed to check and repair it within 30 minutes. The room is well kept and very clean. The skypool is also very beautiful! definitely a must-see if you stay at this hotel! - Room is very nice, a very-comfortable queen bed with numbers of pillow. Very cold ac. Clean and relaxing room design with city view window. The most exciting part is their swimming pool, which located on 30th floor. Very nice sunset and city view while you swim. Still a very new building and a good choice for relaxing in the middle of busy city.

  i like puri garden because it's so near to the airport and it offer a free transfer from and to this airport... i spent wonderful 15 days at this hotel, the staff are so friendly and the garden is so beautiful and its location is near to all what the visitor need... the prices are so competitive... i'll stay at this hotel my next visite
