We were not pleased at all with the way they did their accounting. We paid a deposit for extra hours to stay the next day. Then after lunch with we askedto put on the account rhey chased us twice for money while asleep at the door also by phone. I was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was located on a high floor. The room was a bit small though, but quite comfortable. We enjoy the room ambience. Room service food was really nice and delicious. Housekeeping was very great and keep our room clean and tidy.Breakfast serve variety for our 3 days stay. Free Shuttle transfer to Mangga Dua area is useful. As we need it every day. Free Internet service at the lobby was very good and I can update my family and friends easily.
