Everything!!! Wished we stayed longer. Loved the room, the service, the pool, the beautiful design of the hotel, and they got tricycle drivers just outside the hotel, specially assigned for the hotel guests of Melia, which can take you to shopping spots with cheap, hassle-free charge. -

We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. We were not pleased at all with the way they did their accounting. We paid a deposit for extra hours to stay the next day. Then after lunch with we askedto put on the account rhey chased us twice for money while asleep at the door also by phone. After it was settled with another deposit they came calling AGAIN at the door while we were resting. We

The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin

Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

Since we were traveling as a family we got 2 rooms, which were upgraded when we checked into the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were big and really comfortable. The front desk staff were wonderful. There was trouble with air-conditioning in 2 of our 4 rooms, and Batavia took steps to fix it in the middle of the night and later moved us to another suite. Near The Jakarta Convention Center and local food. There are a Pizza Hut, 7Eleven and local food in the walking distance. No shopping area around there, need to get the taxi to town around 15 minutes. I book one bed room which there is a living room and kitchen that is nice. Nice view on the high floor. Room size is good and large for the family.
