  The hotel is beautiful and Very quiet and peaceful. The spa was amazing our massages were well priced and well executed. Service was excellent they even paid for our horse carriage from the boat to the hotel. They have free bicycles they lend out and that was great. - Great staff helped us reschedule a cancelled plane ticket. Very helpful for bo... ce que les gens disent » oking trips and very friendly.   The really like the localization in front of the beach and that you don´t need the key to open the room door. In fact, the guest can open the open the door using their fingers. It really great. The breakfast on the beach was good: banana pancake or eggs or sandiwich, juice and coffee. It is 15 minutes far from the Harbour. No pool but the beach is right across from the hotel. The restaurant Mawar next to Good Heart is the best place to eat, all we had was superb. I would recommend Good Heart to everyone going to Trawangan!
