Hôtel vieillot, notamment la salle. de bains.Petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix.
Room service was good. Complaints were attended to speedily. Hotel staff helpful in providing info and arranging for transport services. Bell boys were courteous and pleasant.
Room not sufficiently well lit. No chairs in the room. No fruits served during breakfast
AC; some helpful staff; comfy beds and clean bathroom.
slow service at first. poor breakfast [for European]. they had no record of our booking. were given a basic room for deluxe price.
No one spoke English in that so called Business Hotel! Staff ignored me because they couldn't answer.
- No hassle of check-in, check-out and also breakfast for my kids (3 kids, 13yo, 9 yo and 8yo) - located beside the famouse Phoenam coffee - real strong coffee Toraja. - everywhere are food resto, but need to walk, by taxi too close, the minimum trip cahrge Rp5000 from taxi Argometer is almost not increase (to go to KAREBOSI mall and surround) - Losari is about less than Rp 10,000 cahrge of taxi ...
- No internet wi-fi at the room - old building - too crowded, not a recommended for family accommodation, it is more as like 'night life' hotel.
