I have been staying here for many years as in my opinion it is the best located of any for access to Jakarta and the airport. The staff is always very nice and helpful. -
Excellent location if you have to be in the SCBD or Senayan areas.
Helpful staff, and the cost is not too bad for what you get.

We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. Was also upgraded to Club floor on our second visit within our 10 days in Jakarta. Except for the Club Lounge, the rooms were the same as the Deluxe on the low

I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. The apartment is kept clean but the towels need to be changed to a new set

As an apartment, there was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Adequate space for me to meet with several people during my 2-day stay.
Nearby shopping at "Kota Kasablaca" mall ... complete with many shopping, dining and entertainment options.

Since we were traveling as a family we got 2 rooms, which were upgraded when we checked into the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were big and really comfortable. Decent food, good pool, very nice rooms by Ibis standards! Parquet wooden flooring, reasonable size and comfy beds. I was pleasantly surprised by the room as I was expecting it to be smaller. I will surely stay here if I go back to JKT again! A very comfortable budget hotel with the trappings of a good 3 star property! -
