This was one of our more expensive hotel choices at £50 a night. The
room was large and comfortable. Fridge with endless free water and nice
toiletries in bathroom. Good linen changed daily if required. Soft
pillows. Bed a little hard for my liking but down to personal choice.

Everything! Such an amazing place to stay! The owner was GREAT! He told us where to go and some great restaurants, he drove us places, we where lost when we first got there and he came and picked us up, he droped us off at the bus station and he even took us to his village. Very lovely and helpful.
The rooms are very clean and spacious and are cleaned everyday and given fresh towels and bottled water is free!

The staff of your hotel were welcoming, warm, helpful, and always smiling. Without doubt, they are your best selling point. This hotel food and service very nice. There all the staff very friendly
with the customer , we went there for honeymoon so when we arrived there
they already prepared very beautiful cake it's gave us very deep
feel it's tuched the heart. Another sepical happen with us because
during our vist I got there stomac infection so they brought me to
hospital and after that every staff every day asked me about my health .

We had a large comfortable room with a porch area where we were served breakfast. There was a good hot shower, TV with English channels, a fridge and a comfortable bed. But what really made this place exceptional was our host, Deric, a very nice gentleman who catered for our every need.
Deric did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Great location near everything! The host is excellent, extremely helpfull and aways go the extra mile to make sure you make the most of your stay in Panaji.
The accomodation was great as well. Very confy with a/c and hot shower. The room we stayed had an lovely balcony and a small kitchen (fridge and sink).

The location was stunning. Loved the scenic view and surroundings.
The staff was extraordinarily helpful and gracious. I want to make particular note of Michael, a front desk assistant. Bu everyone was exemplary.
The spa staff was just okay. But the services - massages, were pretty good. -

New hotel, very neat and clean rooms, well designed and furnished. I had a short stay but was thoroughly pleased with the arrangements and the hospitality. It's also very close to the beach so that's not bad either.
Would recommend it to anyone travelling to Panaji and looking for a good quality, value for money hotel.

This is a charming older style hotel in the heart of Panjim, but very
friendly and comfortable. We enjoyed drinks on the upstairs verandah
and also the owners frank and forthright views on events in
