The hotel is opulent and classy. The staff is the best we have ever
encountered, and consistently excellent. The dining is delightful and
even room service is great. The spa treatments are amazing! Went in for
a pedicure. An hour and 1/2 later I left after getting a Epicure, a
leg rub and while my polish was drying , the young man massaged my neck

All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception
for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered,

I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

I stayed at Shanti home twice, once at the beginning and once at the end
of my India trip. It is a little way from the city centre, which is nice
as a bit quieter and anyway only 3 minutes from the metro. It is a
lovely, spotlessly clean place and the staff go out of their way to make
you welcome. The food is their rooftop restaurant was some of the best I
had in India and anytime I return to Delhi I will always stay here.

All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. It's a tranquil place where u can just go and relax. Loved the entire concept of being in the lapse of nature. I was amazed to see the hospitality of staff!! Food was too delicious , very authentic.Keep it up!! -

The hotel ambiyance is very good. The staff is very Hunble and Polite. The hotel is clean and Guest comfort are Top Priority. The SPA faculty and Facility is amazing. I did like to go again and again for SPA and whole body Massage. -
