Staff very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was large and tasty...except no real coffee. But that is difficult in India. All who work there were well trained in how to be friendly and helpful to guests.

I like that it was quite convenient because you can easily walk to metro station by which you can go to any part of Delhi easily. Good location for people who are arriving late by train. Good option of breakfast on the roof top and breakfast was included in room price. Bed was good and comfortable to sleep. Also the Receptionist was very friendly and nice. Good customer service :)

Good location and easily accessible with the entire city. It is located in central part of the city and was convenient for me to explore the city. the hotel was great value for money.the food was good and the room was impeccable. The bathroom attached was spacious and clean. The room also blocked the outside noise. -

I came alone to New Delhi to see around! First of all, the staff is very nice and very efficient! Anything I needed they were ready to help me. Even if I want to visit somewhere and wanted to get a tuc-tuc instead of a cab, they used to call one for me and explain the driver where they should drop me and also check the price, which is important when you are a foreign, to not be extra-charged. We loved the place since new property was well maintained and had all modern amenities,very close to New Delhi station.
The manager was very accomodating and considerate in permitting 3 rd memebr in our room with out extra charges.
The cook Mr. Negi was very particular in helping us decide menu and he himself suggested some lovely dishes,his hot phulkas was jus excellent specially after a tiring day.
