All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Very good valie for money. -

staff checked and said it was to do with Luxury Tax. My booking did
include 18.5% tax. Reply please Not happy !!

The pleasantness of your staff especially during the breakfast on the 2nd floor. For the guys nothing was trouble. They would go out of their way to make sure that we were attended to. Thanks to the wonderful Mr. Kashish who was so professional and warm and of course the others as well. -

The hotel is located in karol bagh; in front of the hotel there is a round park; you can reach red fort in only 20 minutes!It's fantastic!! The Metro station(karol bagh) is 500 meters away. The rooms furnishing is modern and simple; I must point out that there is no mini bar in the room….. -

First thing you need to decide whether you need to stay in main bazza or not. We stayed there but on second thought we don't have to because the advantage of main bazza is that it's close to new delhi railway station, while we arrive delhi in the old delhi station and we leave delhi by plane. My wife and I were overwhelmed by our stay at New Dehli Radisson Blu.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Complementary airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, Breakfast and even Bottled Water which is a rarity amongst 5* hotels in New Delhi. Thai restaurant is simply superb – probably the best Thai food I have had. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor pool area is very relaxing. A couple of nice bar/lounge areas. Really can’t fault this hotel, will definitely return.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Large, comfortable room. We had access to the Executive Club which offered good food throughout the day, and a bar service in the evening. Staff was very honest.i checked out and after 2 hours realised that
forgot my wallet in the room drawer. I rang the hotel and connected to
lost and found. The lady there was very prompt and with in 5 minutes
confirmed that it was intact.i collected the same and found that nothing
was missing. -

The staff really looked after me. They could see I was tired and immediately upgraded me to a suite that was extremely comfortable and quiet.
Very chic and luxurious furniture, I really enjoyed staying in the suite.

The first room I got was already a little better as I expected it to be, very good value for money, nice and clean. Without even asking for it, 5 minutes after checking into the room, it knocked on the door and I was asked if I'd like to look at another room facing the backyard, with less street noise from the festival going on outside. That room was even nicer and I gladly took the offer to switch.
