The hotel seems generally aimed at business visitors, but also catered
for tourist groups. The room was clean and comfortable with a good view
across New Delhi. The design of the hotel is modern with interesting

The staff were friendly and helpful, available 24 hours. The hotel room
was always cleaned to perfection. It is located in the heart of
Cannaught Place, so the hotel was close to the major shopping areas and
tourist destinations. The food was amazing as well. We extended our stay
by another week and got the same pricing as our first week. Overall, we
will definately stay here on our next trip.

I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

Location was so good for getting around Delhi. Could walk to may locations--or one block from metro station--or take a motorized rickshaw from just outside the gate. Coming back to the hotel was like coming into a refuge--quiet and calm. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and lasted thur dinner!

All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious.

Security on the door was a positive.
Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.
