Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room.
Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious.
Staff friendly, efficient & helpful.
Security on the door was a positive.
Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

when i checked in the hotel i had to ask for complimentary bottle of water from reception .But any thing apart that wonderful loved there spa. Gym had some less equipment but was ok for a decent work out . yes any one must try there rooftop i had the best indian food ever ever in my life . -

Location was so good for getting around Delhi. Could walk to may locations--or one block from metro station--or take a motorized rickshaw from just outside the gate. Coming back to the hotel was like coming into a refuge--quiet and calm. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and lasted thur dinner!

Good location and easily accessible with the entire city. It is located in central part of the city and was convenient for me to explore the city. the hotel was great value for money.the food was good and the room was impeccable. The bathroom attached was spacious and clean. The room also blocked the outside noise. -

Great budget hotel and a helpful staff. The location was very convenient as the train station was less than a kilometer away from our hotel. All the major attractions and also Connaught place was nearby. We could commute in the city through metro and the station was a few blocks away and we could walk there. Overall a perfect choice in this budget

The staff was extremely accommodating .We were able to store our luggage for no extra charge for a couple of days. When we returned we had a hour to kill before our train and they served us tea and let us hang out in the lobby with our I pads . Wonderful place to stay. Room was spacious and clean.

Staff very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was large and tasty...except no real coffee. But that is difficult in India. All who work there were well trained in how to be friendly and helpful to guests.
