  It is an interesting location, right across a mill stream from the old castle on the lake. The Eszterhazy Palace is around the corner, but it is not open and in need of much renovation. The hotel is right next to the lake, which has an excellent walking path. Boating is available, but we did not have time. There did not appear to be other restaurants close by, but we had a very nice dinne - Great location.We loved Tata. We were on the first floor and both of our rooms were large.   The staff were very helpful when we asked them questions. The spa was wonderful! It was a very relaxing place to stay and it is a great location for walking around and shopping and close to lots of food choices. - Friendliness of desk staff, breakfast.
