The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat.
Using the special rates on letsbookhotel.com means that this is excellent value - we even got a room upgrade despite paying the basic rate!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. THis hotel is part of the Marriot Chain. All rooms are ' suites ',
very spacious, very luxirious with great attention to all details. The location, although not with a Danube river view, was 2 mnitues from the river and close to everything that would be of interest to tourist. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the main shopping street and the Danube river, in a very quiet building block, with surveillance cameras on each level and on the elevator, so it's very safe. The apartment is clean, and you have anything you need. The host is very nice and helpful. And if you're coming by car i recommend us

It was my second time at Katona Apartments and it couldn't have been better!!! Janos (the owner) is a wonderful person, really nice and willing to help. My dad got sick and he found us a doctor really close to the apartment, so he was really helpful. The apartment is really nice, comfortable, clean and very well-located. You can feel like at home there. I'd strongly recommend it and I'll go back there for sure next time I go to Budapest, which is an awesome city
