There is also wall sized map of Budapest with marked places worth visiting, which I find really good idea. - friendly & helpful staff. Good kitchen facilities. Close to all sights.

  nous n'avons pas aimé non plus de devoir prendre notre petit déjeuner dans le sous sol de l'hotel qui était très enfumé et de payer 2 euros par personne. De plus la salle du petit déjeuner était tout simplement la boite de nuit de l'hotel.   Very nice hostel, quiet and has no-shoes policy, so you got to put slippers on to be able to walk inside the hostel (which is fine with me as I don't wear shoes at home either). Rooms are very warm, and since I'm used to lower temperatures I had to open windows a few times to get some cool air in... Plenty of public transport around - metro stop just 1 min walk from the hostel (Octagon) and trams are in front of the building too. Perfect - -Excellent location. -Clean, big, and new room. -The blankets and pillows smell very good and clean. -Big windows in the room. -Two shared toilets which are big and clean. I saw the housemaid did very good job. Even a hair she saw on the ground, she picked it up! -We stayed friends hostel for 5 days, they helped us to wash clothes for free. And cleaned and hanged it in our room. Thank you so much. -The receptionist helped us everyday, he booked the caving tour, sold the reservation spa tickets,

  It was amazingly clean, esp for being a "hostel." It was an apartment broken up into rooms, but it was very safe. There were tons of keys and locks and I felt like the location was safe anyways. The staff spoke really good English and tried to help us find anything we had questions on. They are very knowledgeable about everything because they are ... ce que les gens disent » locals. They also aren't part of a hotel scheme, so they tell you good authentic places to go. Really enjoyed our stay. - The rooms were clean and big, and since the hostel had just opened, everything was new and the interior was nice and fresh! the location is good, it is really close to the astoria metro station. the staff was friendly and helpful and when we wanted to stay one more night, it was no problem! you can also use their kitchen, washing maschine and so on. it was a really pleasant stay and I would definetely go there again! :)

  Very good value for money - our own room for 5 people for 3 nights was 20 euros each. The location was great, easy to walk everywhere and there was a cute little cafe on the corner which was open until 4am - so that was great for a late night chill! It did kareoke too and the locals singing were pretty amusing. A very short walk to the river and t... ce que les gens disent » he main street with the synagogue on it. There were some nice stalls there selling touristy stuff but also mulled wine and food. - Location is simply perfect, everything's in walking distance in the downtown. Further sites of Budapest can be cought by really cheap (~15€) hop-on hop-off offer by the reception. Staff is really professinal and kind, specially the guys (thanks for the bar recommendations). Everything was clean and fresh. Definetelly recommended to other backpackers.

She gave me all the necessary pieces of advice about my stay in Budapest, recommended me fantastic area to hang out, mentioned the bus numbers going to the train stations, even checked the availability of the international train ticket. I was given excellent and informed advice on anything I asked from literature recommendations to caving to the opera. Thank you very much. - The staff were all extremely friendly and were happy to answer any questions we had onthings to do or how to get places. They even had a shot night in the hostel where we could try some homemade palinka! The location was very good, being a few blocks away from most of the main tourist areas and very close to the river.

  Super auberge pour jeunes souhaitant s'amuser et connaître Budapest de nuit. Personnel très accueuillants, et les activités proposées vraiment sympa !
