  Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. The restaurant had a nice breakfast buffé for 2200HUF. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..   This place is AMAZING. I couldn't believe what we got for the price. It's simply beautifully designed and so much space-- really a whole apartment! And it has a great location, one of the best in Budapest.   Very nicely located, my Elite Apartment flat was just a couple of blocks away from the Deák Ferenc Tér, a major local traffic hub where all three metro lines meet, and where you can also conveniently find supermarkets, banks, ATM:s, etc. not forgetting pubs and eateries, either. The neighbourhood close to the apartment appears to be gentrifying at good pace so you can expect seeing both impecc - It was an apartment and not a hotel and obviously you know that before booking so do not expect the hotel reception or Breakfast. For an apartment it was really good and the staff quite helpful in a way that they send me the email couple of days back confirming my arrival alongwith the travel direction from airport. Location excellent as it is in the Pest area and i guess Buda area has quite costly hotels. It is diagonally opposite to the Great Synagogue, 10 min from Opera House, 10 min to St.
