  We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.

  The apartment manager – Mr. Csaba was very nice and helpful. He is always trying to find a better solution for the customer. We were there during the World dog show and he prepared the welcome gifts for our dogs. The apartment was big enough, full of day light, with big balcony, with full equipped kitchen and bathroom. Convenient location, easy walking distance to main railway station and public tranport. Owner was very helpful and responsive. The staff friendly. Great apartment and would stay here again.   We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.   The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!

  Thoroughly loved the apartment, it was larger than expected and the five of us were very comfortable. A short walk to the metro or tram gives access to the city. Budapest is a great city and definitley worth visiting and Brigitta made us feel at home from the start.   Very nice hostel, quiet and has no-shoes policy, so you got to put slippers on to be able to walk inside the hostel (which is fine with me as I don't wear shoes at home either). Rooms are very warm, and since I'm used to lower temperatures I had to open windows a few times to get some cool air in... I saw the housemaid did very good job. Even a hair she saw on the ground, she picked it up! -We stayed friends hostel for 5 days, they helped us to wash clothes for free.
