On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

The staff was extremely quick in responding any request we had (such as bringing extra bottle of water, extra set of toiletries, booking a restaurant, etc..). Literally like one minute after I hung up the phone - I am certainly impressed. This is even faster compared to Grand Hyatt or Mandarin Oriental in HK. Definitely worth a praise.

Hotel extremement bien situé à kowloo non loin du metro et au milieu deszones commerciales. Les chambres sont confortables et grandes, ce quiest rare à Hong Kong - décoration très sympa des chambres et de l'hôtel en général, moderne et très propre. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Tous les hotels ont le même problème (si on peut appeler ca un problème). Pour y dormir et y passer quelques heures dans la journée, c'est largement suffisant.

We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe

helpful staff for a demanding person like us. also, we bought alot of things in HK and need some transportation and staorage. kind and friendly staff provided us with lots of help.
