Nearly everything! The location was perfect. We brought our 7-month old
baby along with her 5-year old sister, and we did not experience any
difficulty getting to the train station (Tsim Tsa Tsui), buying
breakfast or dinner (as hotel have family restaurants in very close
proximity to it!), hailing a cab even at 11pm to go to Temple St. A real
value for money. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wifi everywhere,
which was a big plus unlike some hotels that charges you for the
internet connect

cheap, excellent service because we were upgraded, near the shopping district - Excellent location; a walk away from the Hong Kong museums, manyrestaurants and mtr. Very lively surroundings and safe at that.

One reason my family likes The Kimberley Hotel is because of its location. It is conveniently located minutes away from the MTR station, and also Hong Kong cafeterias serving excellent food. The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

I could not expect more from this hotel as the staff has been really helpful and kind during my stay.
The rooms are comfortable and clean fitted with a fridge, tv and AC.
Located close to the MTR, you can reach HK island into 5 mns and easy to connect from and to the airport.

Well, I always review according what I pay that's why don't agree with the negative reviews of others ( sorry to tell this ). You don't stay at a 5 star hotel, it's just a Hostel and as of my experiences, this one is one of the best one in this mansion. For me, cleanliness and safety is most important and I got it here. Well done guys, keep it up.

The newly renovated wing was very beautiful, far more than expected.
They have put in much to make it look and feel luxurious, once you enter
the wing. It stands in stark contrast to the building it is in. On the
way to the wing on the 10th floor, the building is so derelict, one
would expect to spend the night in a run down, rat infested crack de

The truth is that this is one of the absolutely most beautiful
accommodations I have stayed at. There is nothing - apart from the size
of the room -
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was fun, in a block
with a market on the ground floor, it had fantastic Indian cafes and
interesting stalls. We felt part of the local community, as much as we
could be. It is close to other shops, the underground, buses etc.
Bathroom was fine, internet was reliable, it felt safe.

Everything about this hotel is just great and ideal for my family - the
location being situation right above the Jordan mtr station making it
very convenient for us to return to our room, drop our shopping bags or
take a rest before going out again to explore. The taxi and bus stand,
food chain, night markets, eateries, shopping malls, etc. are within
walking distance. Our rooms are brightly lighted, having modern
electronic devices, soft, comfortable and very clean beds, no leakage or
overflow
