Nice place, clean, frendly staff. -
The hotel is in good condition, tidy and clean. The swimming pool area is fine. There was always enough food served in te buffet even if we arrived later to the breakfast or to the dinner. The waiters and waitresses are very helpful and kind.

The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. They gave us great advice on which beaches to explore and helped us booking

I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about
location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a
touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools
are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially
dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!

The very friendly family who run the apartments and particularly Val who keeps the apartments spotlessly clean and changes sheets/towels almost daily. The gardens are beautiful and the location very peaceful. The owners cannot do enough for you and the whole family is delightful.

The room was spacious and comfortable, situated close to the centre of Tsilivi (10 min walk), they were cleaning every day and changing sheets and towels every 2 days. Very pieceful location and we had a balcony too.

Razis is situated at the end of a busy street, but was OK. The beach was one of the best we've seen in the Mediterranean area! -

Hotel is nice, clean and in the center of Tsilivi. What is exceptional about that place is Katerina herself. We missed first night of our booking due to ferry strike and she arranged with letsbookhotel.com not to pay for that. She could totally say - "This is booked I can do nothing...", but no. She went against her profit to keep us satisfied. N

Katerina is very sympathetic and the studio very nice and clean. We appreciated the service, and the quietness. The swimming pool was allo very nice and quiet.

The apartman was big, very nice, clean and bed was very comfoftable. From the balcany was so beautiful seaview :) Sea is 50 metres from hotel and shops and restaurants was 2 minutes walk distance. Wi-fi works one room, but when I change room, wi-fi doesn`t work. That`s only bad thing to say, because I have to work also and I really need internet.

The location just at the edge of Tsilivi and only 50 meters from the sea border is absolutely perfect: the village is still very near, only a few minutes to walk, but you also have the quiet of the sea. The views from the rooms overlooking the sea are stunning and relaxing, having a nice glass of wine on the balcony is like a small piece of heaven. Errietta apartments were fantastic,the setting was beautiful, very relaxing . Ideal having 2 proper bedrooms rather than the normal set up in some holiday apartments of sofa beds in the living area which is not great with either teenage children or younger children. The owners and staff were wonderful. My girls loved John as he made the best chocolate milkshakes! The accommodation was spotless. Would definitely return.
