The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are clean and nice with very good working wifi and satellite tv. There is a private shady parking beside the house and big public parking just opposite it.   Sarti is a small seaside village, where everything's a 5-10 minute walk from Petrino. But the best thing about Petrino was the owners and how accommodating they were. They welcomed us warmly, giving us a jar of their homemade marmalade, and when we had problems helped out us immediately. Not to mention they sell their own homemade olive oil, which is flavorful and excellent! - The lovely villa is situated in the northern part of Sarti, but with easy access to the beautiful village center and the beach. The owners are very nice and helpful. The studio had a beautiful terrace, at first floor; it was clean, with new furniture and an equipped kitchen. The area is really beautiful, with lovely small villages and amazing beaches. We especially loved Portokali Beach, which is 6-7 km north from Sarti.

Perfect location: the hotel is just 150 m. from the beach, it is outside the overbuilt Sarti village (and by evenings noisy in its central part) but conveniently very close to it (600 m. to the Sarti centre).
