I am so happy I chosen this hotel, this is a very good hotel because of the very friendly,very kind and very generous boss and staff. Our flight arrived at 4am which makes us afraid of being homeless before check in, but the boss left the room keys and a welcom message in the reception with no extra charge. What's more, the kind boss drive us to the airport for free when we are leaving. The food and drinks are cheaper than other nearby resturant. The clean and spacious rooms are very comfortabl

Everything that I had read in previous reviews is true and more. From the moment that we arrived Lefteris, Stavros and family made us feel welcome. By the end of the holiday, we felt like we were family.

We spent 12 days in Sept 2013 in this location and we can say that everything was more than perfect. We are very lucky to discover the wonderfull location at Anastasia Princess in Perissa. The two brothers managing this hotel, Stavros and Lefteris, are very friendly, helpful and ready to help every guest with information about region, history of island, villages. They are making you feeling like a family member.

Since the first moment I stepped in Esperas Hotel, I felt at home. The location is perfect: nestled in the pictoresque Oia, but on a quiet and private side (far from tourists); the rooms are very cute with all amenities you need and stunning view. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite to a bus stop (bus stop name same as hotel name). The hotel has an outdoor tavern (reasonably priced) which was very helpful as we arrived late and tired. Room is very quiet and comfortable (with good air-conditioning) with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the Aegean Sea in the distance.

I had booked a room for 2 but my friend changed plans at the last meeting. Anemomilos was very accommodating at adjusting my room rate even though it was too late to make the change through letsbookhotel.com. The complimentary breakfast was very good and plentiful. Facilities were also very clean.

I’ve travelled around Europe and this villa is one of the most
impressive ones I’ve ever lived in. The owner is really nice and picked
up us in the port at 2 am, which we never expected and became a huge
surprise. Besides, it provided a luxury breakfast and the owner would
clean the whole room quietly after you leave. To be the most important,
the villa has an amazing view of sea & rocks, which u can enjoy when
drinking a coffee on balcony. Although the villa is kind of far away

Great location ( 2 minutes walk to the beach ) and located right in the village center. The cleaning lady was very nice. WIFI signal was very good. Their car rental staff were very friendly.
