Excellent location at foothill of snowy mountains with panoramic view of wonderful Lake Kerkinis. Staff's approach is very elegant and thoughtful. For instance, although it was low season with only a few hotel guests, our rooms were pre-heated. When we arrived the hotel, the weather was cold but our rooms were warm.

The staff (especially Irini, Zephiros and Nikos) are the best thing about this hotel. They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested. We've spent almost a week at this hotel and it was a super excellent week! The hotel's facilities are great, modern and stylish; the rooms are spread on the territory, each having seaparate entrance, so travellers do not bother each other. I like how it is opposite the beach and the pool is clean and good. But be prepared that it is more of a family hotel and you drive a bit to get to another beach.
