  Very nice and spacious and well maintained 2 floor apartments with everything you need (for families who like to serve themselves). Quiet surroundings and very nice backyard with bar and pool and sunbeds and coffe tables. Breakfast outdoors in the sun/shadow. Fun to go by taxi b - Amazing hotel in a very convenient location in Symi's port. The hotel has been build as a small village where all rooms lead to the main square which the common garden of the hotel. Very clean with spacious room and very friendly staff. From the first floor some of the rooms have views to the village but there is no view to the sea. This is not a problem because the hotel has lovely gardens and in general the environment is very calming. Highly recommended.

  The staff (Joke, Dimitri, and Fanny) was so nice with us from the beginning till the end. We really enjoyed their kindness and availability for questions we had about Rhodes and the island.   All of the staff were so friendly, nothing was a bother. They went beyond the usual cleaning etc, to folding the bed clothes and my nighty!! We felt very cared for but staff were also very unobtrussive. - Our family liked practicaly everything: friendly staff, comfortable and beautiful rooms and very-very-very clean sea.

The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude.   the hotel is wonderfully placed, we got a very nice room with an entrance to a semi private pool. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive. The food was very good as well - large spacious room, private pool in the room, great decor, very good buffet breakfast, very friendly and happy to assist staff.
