  Pas grand chose ! le personnel pas aimable du tout ! la chambre avec vuesur mer... éTait située au-dessus des cuisines donc tous les matinsréveil entre 6h 30 et 7heures du matin !! nous avons réclamé et nousavons du attendre 3 jours pour avoir une chambre un peu plus calme...lemanager ne s'est jamais présenté...

  le cadre, l'equipement - La chambre 221 est magnifique 2 balcons vu sur mer avec transat chambre luxueuse, j'étais une vrai petite princesse et j'ai adoré ce complexe.... la piscine à débordement vu sur mer et le design blanc linéaire vaut bien les 5 étoiles! du coup on hésite presque à faire le tour de l'île.

  This is my 2nd time at kastelli and this trip was possibly even better than the last! I took my mum with me this time. Antonis the manager really looked after us. We had a gorgeous room with our own semi private pool which we pretty much never left as it was so beautiful. All of the team are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great, we - Amazing welcome to the hotel by manager Adonis. Very friendly & professional team of staff. Feels like family :) the facilities at this resort are exceptional, so many pools to choose from, tennis courts, spa, salon. I love that breakfast is served till 12:00, in a relaxing poolside location. Some rooms have a pretty terrace / balcony area. Overall I loved it, will definitely recommend and go back to visit :) thank you.

The sea view cave rooms were really nice and the balcony opens up on the caldera. The hotel is very quiet and run by a very nice lady.
