  The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine . All in all... ce que les gens disent » , our friends and I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come to stay again. - Staff staff staff Great location and facilities We were treated as king and queen thanks to Christina, george and hotel manager Kiki We had the best holiday ever Our suite and swimming pool was beyond description We will go back next year with our son.   We are a large family, 2 parents and 5 children, and just got back from Elounda Gulf Villas. We had a dreamy vacation that will be remembered. The place is beautiful and easy going, the people are amazing and even the other guests we encountered with were super nice. We will miss the Mirabello gulf astonishing views and the, best time we had at EG... ce que les gens disent » V - Fantastic Hotel!! Had the best time ever, the Villa's are well worth the money paid for. Amazing facilities truly felt special and vip with their excellent customer service. Will defiantly come back again! Recommend getting Half-Board as the food at the restaurant is well worth every euro spent!
