She'll help you arrange quality outings, and recommend good restaurants. There are just a handful of suites, so it doesn't feel crowded.   I just returned to London 2 days ago after our six nights stay at the Alexander Boutique. She made all the difference as soon as we arrived she gave us a warm welcome and asked us what we would like to see and do, she knew exactly where to go and she was able to book a tour for us last minute. It is exactly like the pictures. I needed a pharmacy and she directed me exactly where to go. The rooms we had both had unobstructed stunning views and were clean and well prepared with kitchenettes.
