  I just returned to London 2 days ago after our six nights stay at the Alexander Boutique. I must say that the staff in particular Evita who runs the admin duties and reception during our stay was very friendly, extremely helpful and polite I had a call form the owner himself ( Mr. Alexander ) welcoming us and apologizing for the kittens near our ... ce que les gens disent » suite and around the hotel area I really appreciated his welcoming and feedback To be honest I had no problem with the citiest cats but is us my siste - Iveta was amazing! She made all the difference as soon as we arrived she gave us a warm welcome and asked us what we would like to see and do, she knew exactly where to go and she was able to book a tour for us last minute. It is exactly like the pictures. I needed a pharmacy and she directed me exactly where to go. The rooms we had both had unobstructed stunning views and were clean and well prepared with kitchenettes. The staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was pe
