  We have spent a great time at Hotel Zefyros in Platamonas. It is located right by the sea, which is very convenient. You can find nearby both sandy and rocky beaches. We first headed for the sandy one, but then realised that the rocky beacher were cleaner. There was parking in front of the hotel which was great because Platamon was packed when we got there in the evening.   Just the ideal accommodation for us! Our room, at the third floor of magdalene, had a great view to the sea and partial view to mount olympus, which was more than what we were searching for. We really appreciated the location (approximately hundred meters from the sea, we didn't use the car the whole stay there.)
