  The hotel itself is very good. The best points are as follows: 1. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. 2. Clean and comfortable rooms with great bathrooms. 3. Great roof terrace with a view of the Acropolis and a small bar that stays open until midnight. 4. When we decided to visit Athens again this year, there was not a doubt for a single moment that we would stay at the Exarchion Hotel again. The owner of the hotel gave me a map and told which places worth visiting. Also he provided a lot of helpful information about the city. The rooms are relatively small but cozy. They were cleaned once a day. The towels were also changed on a daily basis. I was very pleased to find 2 teeth brushes and tooth paste in a bathroom. Air Condition system worked properly. Breakfast was good and substantial. Location is very convenient. It takes 20 min from the hotel to Acropolis

  The hotel is located in a very quiet area, on top of a little hill, just four blocks from the Sygrou-Fix metro station and the stop of tramway going both to the city centre and the beach. WiFi is free and works well both in the rooms and common areas. Breakfast is good and besides standard food includes also fresh season fruit - The staff were extremely helpful! We required a crib for our baby & we arrived fairly late in the evening, but they made sure to have the baby's cot ready in just 30 minutes. They were very helpful in calling for a cab when we required one as well as helping find restaurants near by. The breakfast was wonderful & the woman who serves it was very nice. The view of the Acropolis from the dining deck was absolutely amazing & really made the hotel worth every penny!
