We have been impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of staff members. We also got free upgrade of our room to suite which was nice. Our 15 month old daughter, in particular, really appreciated the space provided. - Great location - very central. Room was large, very comfortable and well euipped. Staff were friendly and efficient.

For this hotel, it is definitely located in a great area, Syntagma which just a few minutes walk from the metro. The staffs is excellent, services is comprehensive. Even the decoration of the room and the shampoo also is a high level standard. Especially, there is a staff which will be birthday two days before me - 13/6. location in the Plaka was convenient. We were able to walk most places
and did not have to use the metro much at all. From our room the wifi
was weak, but we could use a neighboring hotel's wifi and it was a
good signal. We didn't eat the breakfast so I'm not sure how it
was. The fridge in the room was not already turned on, so we had to turn
it on. It was helpful to have an aditional mirror outside the bathroom

The location of this hotel is perfect - easy walk from train station
with suitcases; walking distance to many historic sites that we wanted
to visit and plenty of restaurants for meals very close. Breakfast room
with the view was not exaggerated, it is awesome. Perfect, and we had
great weather so were able to sit outside. The bathroom is probably the
smallest I have ever stayed...hard to shave because of the closeness of
everything but it just added to the charm. Free wireless worked great

Being a solo traveller I found the cost a little high but a couples cost would be fine.
Breakfast poor but OK, but needs more variation with more selection with cheeses and cold meats.Obviously I did not expect an English Breakfast.

This hotel was in the perfect location! It was about a 5 minute walk to Syntagma Square and the train station there which was perfect since we arrived on the train from the airport. Tons of restaurants within a few blocks, off the main streets so very quiet. The staff was very helpful with maps and directions. We were able to walk to all the major attractions with young children. They also provided a baby bed for us free of charge. They had beverages to purchase in the lobby at very reaso
