It has very nice view and big parking.Our room was for four people, very confortable, spacious, quiet and clean.

Loved the location rooms were clean bit dated but what we expected. Swimming pool good with pool bar. Hotel within walking distance to the port lovely taverns in the town great food at the hotel too, but not in the evening only up to 6pm. -

It also had a small kitchenette which was great for making tea in the morning. Villa Rena is in a quiet part of town with a 7 minute walk to the sea front. Villa Rena is very nice. It is very cosy and welcoming. Rena makes you feel at home, is very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and terrace is lovely and fabulous for the kids.they really loved it. In a few minutes, via a charming walk, you are at the boulevard.

The view from the room is spectacular, the beach of the hotel is very beautiful. Clean and renovated rooms. Location might seem frightening but it is really very close to the center. Above all though is Mrs Maria's hospitality. She did everything for us and made us feel as if we were home. Her and the other staff's hospitality is difficult to find

Mrs Nana was excellent host. Warm welcome with the raki and domestic pastes (Andros cookies with almond) was completely unexpected. She was also very helpful with calling taxi for us to take us to the port the last day.
Studio on the second floor was spacious having marvelous balcony with the view of Batsi bay. -

We loved our stay in Mare e Vista Epaminondas. As a new family, with our 6 month old baby we could not have asked for a better experience. This is a family owned hotel, which makes all the difference.

Lovely room with separate bedroom which we really liked. View from private balcony just gorgeous of the little town of Basti. Quite afew steps down to the beach and shops and restaurants but only took 4 mins to walk as we are fit. Nice beach. Breakfast was very good including bacon and eggs. Pool a good size. The girls at reception were extremely helpful and lovely. I would certainly recommend this hotel it looks abit tired from the outside but the rooms make up for that. Best location we fe
