  Large, 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, 1.5 bath, pool very clean. Very quiet as there were few people there during our stay. Fairly close to drive to beaches. Housekeeping even washed our dishes and got clean towels every day. Short drive to grocery store to buy food and supplies. You definitely need a car for this location.

  A very good first impression of Crete gave me Mrs Lena and Mr Ilia, the hotel owners. If it is a measure of hospitality, they sure are on top, the atmosphere is not for a hotel, but "home", with their kindness, always with a smile on face, but especially with good advices for organizing my stay. These, along with other small attenti - We spend 3 days in this hotel and can not say how much we amaze by friendly and warm welcome of Mr. Ilia and Mrs. Lena. So many things they care and they did for us make us feel like sons come back home. About the hotel: I love the place where we have breakfast every morning, it make me feel I just want to sit there, relax and go nowhere. I love 2 kitties. I love the view of sunset.   la chaleur de l'accueil - We stayed one week at Theodosia Studios and we really felt at easethere. The staff was very kind and always willing to answer our questions. The location was very good and strategical, since the hotel is in the middle of the region, at the same driving distance to the main sites in Chania, such as for example Chania City... ce que les gens disent » , Falassarna and Elafonissi. We had a great holiday there and suggest it to everybody who doesn't like a luxurious holiday and enjoy his days in a simple but great way! - The welcome we received was wonderful - friendly owners and we were given drinks and a snack sitting looking across the bay. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a great sea view. The swimming pool was lovely. The lunch we had was delicious. We only stayed two nights, wished we could have stayed longer.
