Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. The hotel is nice and cozy,and has only 4 rooms. We were very surprised by the size of the room, but it did not disturbed us at all, as it is a kind of unusual

Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet.
Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the
owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering
how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it.
Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones
with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes
it worth it.

Everything!! We stayed in the two bedroom suite with private pool and
were overwhelmed by the view and the whole setup of the suite. Read all
the past reviews and add even more wow's ! George and his whole
staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much for them! I am a very

The view was amazing, the suites are on the cliff face.
The very private nature of the suites, pool, service very good. Nothing was too much trouble for Albert of George, any thing you wanted they would provide.
Very close walking to restaurants and Thira shops and access to the old port cable car, path or donkeys.

The hotel has the most amazing view of the sunset, which we enjoyed every night from our balcony. On arrival, we received a welcome glass of wine and reception was more than happy to help with our queries. The breakfast was huge, with great variety, and served on our balcony every morning. The location is great, a short walk to the mini markets and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel - we hardly explored Santorini because we wanted to stay there and relax!

We had a very enjoyable stay of four nights. It is owned by the most lovely Greek family, who are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and was decorated with beautiful paintings (by the very talented father). Argonaftes Villa has loads of character and is a memorable place to stay. The location is great too - an easy walk from the bus station and very close to the centre to Fira. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

located at the top of the Firostefani village, you have an amazing view
of the entire city and the caldera Villa Ilias has actually the best
panoramic view of this lovely city. It was very windy so we could not
use the swimming pool but we managed to have breakfast by the pool each

We stayed at Villa Ilias in June 2013 and couldn't be happier with
our choice.
Our room was on the pool level which we liked: we could hang out at the pool and reach for everything we needed in our room! The room is modern and clean, with a small kitchen and fridge which is perfect as eating in Santorini can be expensive.
The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff was really helpful with any questions we had. You can even borrow board games, books and movies, great service!

The location of the hotel is perfect if you do not want to be in busy Fira. It is just 42 steps down from the main walk way, and Fira is just a few minutes walk away. The views from the private balconies is spectacular. The breakfasts were huge and included a tasty variety.

The service was impeccable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived very early on the first ferry from Mykonos and there was no hesitation in serving us breakfast even though it was not 'technically' in our rate for that day. All around excellent customer service -

with friendly and family orientated atmosphere. Its amazing place! Great

1. The Whole hotel is incrediably nice desighed, to be divided as many levels, from the edge of cliff to very deep of it, the hotel itself is an artwork. although there are rooms at each level, we can enjoy the amazing sea view and sunset view at balcony without any obstruct.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. It is very clean
and new with an absolutely breathtaking view of the sea and the volcano.
The hotel is on a clif and you will be enjoying the breathtaking view of
the sea anywhere in the hotel. There are 80 steps to the hotel but its
worth every step (dont worry someone will carry your bags). We stayed 3
nights and we didnt want to leave. The breakfast was good in a very nice
