It's not a big or chain-like hotel -- quite the opposite. Every
detail is carefully taken care and the treatment given by the owners is
indeed special, making you feel like you're part of the family.
Rooms are new and of very good quality. You can notice that they thought
through all the details to make guests more comfortable and the stay
more enjoyable.
Location is good if you're planning to explore the island rather than staying in a single place. The villas are located centrally, very close

helped us with everything, specially with the changes made on last

Excellent hôtel, nous avons tout adoré durant ce séjour. Nous y serions bien restées!!!! Pas de déjeuner mais suffisamment de resto à Fira pour trouver quelque chose... Everything really. The staff (including the owner) are really nice and helpful. Although we missed the pick up at the port (for some reason we were not informed of this), on arrival we got free frappé(greek iced coffee) and homemade wine (which is really good), the owner (sorry i can remember how to spell his name) even sent us to the airport for free at the end. The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.

Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

From the moment I got picked up from the airport, the staff were very friendly. The owner himself picked me up from the airport even though I was the only one coming. He and his wife were very courteous and treated me like a valued customer and gave a lot of information about the island and what I can do.
